Huike was a joint venture company invested in 2007 by Huike Investment (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. and Cangzhou Shengyue Tube Co., Ltd. It is completed to put into production in 2008, with total investment of 940 million Yuan. We cover an area of 200 acres. There are 500 staff members in our company currently. The area of building is 100,000 square meters. Our company is one of the largest professional manufacturers of seamless steel tubes in Hebei Province. Our main products are various tubes with many specifications, such as oil pipeline tubes, casing tubes, GB8162 structure tubes, GB8163 liquid tubes, GB3087 low-middle pressure boiler tubes, GB5310 high pressure boiler tubes, and GB6479 special fertilizer tubes, which are produced according to standards of API5L or API5CT. The annual production capacity is 300,000 tons.
Persisting in the idea of "leading technology, excellent quality", our company introduces a whole set Germanic standard production line, testing and inspection equipment for hot-rolled seamless steel pipes. We have built a 10 KVA substation, in which all the electronic control systems are introduced from Siemens. Physical and chemical laboratory analyzes and tests all kinds of chemical compositions, also does physical experiments. Eddy current testing machine, ultrasonic testing machine and water pressure testing machine can fully meet experimental requirements.
