Raw Material & Design
We use LEDs made by globally leading companies. LEDs basically have long life of about 100000 operating hours if they are kept cool. We at Triumph , take care from the design stage that the LEDs remain at the lowest temperatures possible. We make detailed calculations for optimum light output .
Manufacturing Process
We use high technology reflow soldering machine to solder SMD components
at accurate required temperature. The reflow soldering process is monitored by skilled personnel under strict quality control. This ensures required performance and reliability. We use crystal clear coating to make our products dust proof and waterproof which does not affect the light output.(IP68)
Quality control
Strict quality control is observed during the manufacturing process. The products are also sent to independent testing laboratory namely M/s NCR Engineering Pvt.Ltd.for RoHS compliance. If required the test reports for a batch of goods can be sent before dispatching the consignment from Bombay India.
Backlight
We make many kinds of LED modules with different light intensities for channel letters and Commercial advertising signs . We make LED light bars and strips using 0.5 W and 1 W high lumen LEDs. We also make RGB LED modules with controller to produce 16m colors sequentially. All the modules ,light bars and strips are made RoHS compliant. IP68 and confirm to UL listing and CE where applicable. Please contact with details.
Lamps
We supply many kinds of LED lamps with different light outputs. We also make LED spot light, Ceiling Surface mounted lights , down light , Tubes , Light bars , high bay light , Street lights etc.
